Compass Cloud Update Information:
Compass Cloud officially launched on April 4th! See the
Blog post.
These updates were made available on Thursday, November 21st, 2024. This minor update enhances stability, performance, and usability. Users do not need to take any action to receive these updates. Below is the list of improvements:

| SMS Text messaging option for exam sessions notifications and reminders |
SMS Text Message will make it more convenient to manage your exams sessions. Simply opt-in to text messages and you can confirm, edit and cancel your exam sessions directly from your phone. For now, this is only available in the US and Canada with support in other countries and regions coming soon. |
| Improved reliability with intermittent disconnections |
During critical parts of the candidate exam flow, we enhance the system to be more reliable when connections aren’t stable. |

| Hide the Help Button in Japanese |
The Help Button has been disabled in Japan. |
| Restart VM option not functioning properly |
Fixed. |
| Incorrect Banner Message when about to start a session |
Fixed. The Banner would indicate that the session is about to start in 5 minutes even after the start time. |
| Customer support link, the wrong URL for Japanese users |

| Email notification not sent to Proctor when created by another user |

| Unable to delete an exam added to an exam session |
