For some products, Certiport will mail professionally printed certificates to Test Candidates that pass their exams to the address entered in their account. However, all Test Candidates will have access to a digital certificate that can be printed at home.

1. Log in and choose the Test Candidate role from the drop-down menu.
2. Click the My Transcript tab.
3. Locate your passed exam and click the orange PDF link.
4. Use the options within your PDF viewer to print or save a copy of the certificate.

For Organization Administrators that want to print digital certificates for their Test Candidates, we also have a solution. Within 1 year of an exam being passed, a certificate can be printed at your CATC, or can easily be transferred to a professional printing facility.

1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.
2. Click the Reports tab.
3. Click Print Certificates.
4. Select the program you wish to print from the drop down box, or select "Any Program".
5. Select the date range. You may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search.
6. All available certificates will display. Check the box for the exams you wish to print, and click Print Certificates.
7. Use the options within your PDF viewer to print or save a copy of the certificate.

When a Test Candidate completes an exam, a score report is generated. As an Organization Administrator, you can reprint this report.

1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu.
2. Select the Reports tab.
3. Click Exam Result Reprint.
4. With your organization selected, enter the Date of Exam and click Go.
5. Locate the score report you wish to view from the Candidate Information listed, and click View.
6. The Score Report shows the name of the Test Candidate, Date, Exam, Required Score, Actual Score, and a Section Analysis.
7. Use the options within the PDF viewer to print or save a copy of the report.

Note: The Test Candidate also has the ability to print the score report from their Certiport online account or profile.

Certiport has a fraud prevention system can be used by anyone to verify the certifications held by Test Candidates worldwide. The Credential Identification Code can be found at the bottom of all certificates issued by Certiport in either a XXXX-XXXX or XXXX-XXXXX format. To use the verification system .
