If you’re new to teaching Microsoft Technology Associate certification, it can be overwhelming to figure out the best way to teach and help your students pass the certification exams. MTA certification can be especially challenging, since there are so many separate certifications that can be earned.

To make things easy for you, LearnKey has a self-paced learning mode and an instructor-led mode. There are workbooks, labs, and self-assessments. Students can test their own understanding, enabling them to prepare before taking the actual certification. You can see an in-depth preview of LearnKey's MTA content .

Code Avengers
Code Avengers is an MTA specific learning program. Developed for K12 specifically, the Code Avengers platform is an easy-to-use LMS, and incredibly accessible for students as well. All Code Avengers courses are browser based, so students won’t need to download anything to be able to access and move through their courses.
Each course on the platform is made up of lessons. The number of lessons vary between courses, but the format of the lessons follows the same structure. Each lesson focuses on a topic or concept which is broken down into five simple tasks. Each task contains a “learn” section that explains the topic in text format with video optional in many courses, the next section, “create” will require students to write code in a specific programming language. This approach is based on the “learn by doing” method.
If you’re a coding teacher in K12, this is a great option for you. With teacher resources and a teacher dashboard built into each course, you can’t go wrong. In addition to the courses mapped to the MTA exams, Code Avengers also offers courses in computer science, web development, block-based programming, and other topics. You can dive deeper into the Code Avengers platform here.
Code Avengers has materials to support the following MTA exams:
