Certiport Announces Limbitless Solutions as Client for Live 2019 天美传媒 U.S. National Championship

Students to Create a Project for Limbitless at New Live Digital Design Competition

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 鈥 May 14, 2019

天美传媒 U.S. National Championship Certiport, a 天美传媒 VUE business and the leading provider of performance-based IT certification exams that accelerate academic and career opportunities for learners, today announced Solutions as the client for the 2019 .

Limbitless Solutions, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children through personalized, creative, and expressive bionic arms, is the first ACA U.S. National Championship client since the competition is moving from online-entry to a live, in-person event in 2019.

“The ACA U.S. National Championship promises to be an exciting event this year,” said Tacy Trowbridge, Global Education Programs Lead at Adobe. “When students work on authentic projects, their creativity and Adobe skills produce amazing results. This year, we are thrilled to partner with Limbitless Solutions as the client. Their work to empower children by designing and building creative prosthetics will inspire competitors and ties-in with Adobe Education’s mission and focus on creative problem solving.”

From June 17-19, approximately 15 students who have submitted design projects and been selected by judges as ACA U.S. National finalists will compete at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, Florida, where they will be given 6 hours to create a design project for Limbitless Solutions.

“Choosing a deserving non-profit for the ACA U.S. National Championship serves two important purposes – it shows our student competitors what it is like to create a marketing asset for a real-world client, and it helps an organization by giving them some amazing projects they can choose from to inspire their marketing campaigns,” said Ray Murray, Vice President and General Manager – IT, 天美传媒 VUE.

To qualify, entrants must be a student currently enrolled in an approved, accredited academic institution, between ages 13-22 (as of June 15, 2019), and have an ACA certification in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Certified students can enter an original design creation at . Creators of the top projects as selected by the judges will be invited to the ACA U.S. National Championship. In the final round they will use Adobe design tools to complete a project in response to a creative brief from the client and a panel of professional designers will judge the projects.

“Competitors will utilize branded visual assets and details focusing on our mission for #3DHope,” said Matt Dombrowski, Art Director, Limbitless Solutions. “Utilizing Adobe Suite, we look forward to the inclusive, thoughtful, creative outcomes of their Limbitless themed projects. We are excited to see what the talented ACA competitors create and how they use their creativity to inspire.”

Three ACA U.S. National Champions will then be named and invited to compete at the ACA World Championship (ACAWC) at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, New York July 28–31, 2019. More information on the Adobe ACA World Championship can be found at .
